Have you ever had that feeling that your energy on a daily basis had gradually dereased and that you seem to be more sleepy than usual?  Well perhaps its an indication that you should already start checking your health status.  There are a lot of questionnaires on healthy lifestyles you could find online to help you assess if your health is still on the right track.

 

Although there might be a handful of questionnaires on healthy lifestyles you could find when you search the internet, they are generally the same with the end result of pointing out which habits you need to reconsider or modify in order to achieve a balanced lifestyle.  When you answer these questions, make sure that you answer them with total honesty.  In this way, you can instantly pin-point which needs modification and which habits you need to eradicate completely.

 

Questionnaires on healthy lifestyles basically measures how healthy you are.  Sometimes, some questionnaires on healthy lifestyles are even used in clinical studies.  Do remember that these questionnaires are merely guide as how to identify health problems that needs to be modified.

14. Do you get at least 6-8 hours of sleep?

15. Do you drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day?

16. Do you eat fresh foods more often than salty foods?

17. Do you stop eating when you are full?

18. Do you prefer walking going to work when its nearby or you prefer riding a vehicle?

19. Do you play any sports?

20. Do you know how to relieve your stress effectively?

 

All of these questions should be answered by yes.  If some of it is a no on your list, you better start modifying your lifestyle and find some questionnaires  on healthy lifestyles that would help you improve your current lifestyle behaviors.  The best way to start with modifications is to effectively identify which factors could trigger stress.  When you have successfully identified what causes these stress, then you can easily find ways to relieve them.

 

Healthy eating is also one factor to consider.  Remember that when you take care of your body, it will in  turn also take care of you and your health bad eating habits one at a time and allow yourself to freely adjust to those changes.  Take note that nothing is achieved overnight, and gradual change is and will always be the right path to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

  1. Those are great questions to see if your lifestyle is healthy or not.

    It’s actually a perfect time of year to go through this because New Years just passed and it’s resolution time. I just went through the list of 20 questions, and know I can improve on at least 8 of them and have updated my new years resolutions to correct this.
